“Lending a Helping Hand” in Greely, Ontario
Submitted by Austin Rose on Wednesday October 19, 2011
The new Greely branch of the Ottawa Public Library was completed in March 2011 as an extension to the Greely Community Centre at 1448 Meadow Drive.
The landscaping of the project included benches and garden space, including this whimsical sculpture.
It was a gift from Councilor Doug Thompson to mark the opening of the new building.
