Shipping + Returns
All sales are final. Once placed, the order is non-cancellable. No returns are allowed without prior written authorization by Randolph Rose Collection.
All sculptures are made to order. Estimated completion time is 2-5 months for items on our website. In the event that we have the item in-stock at the time the order is placed, Randolph Rose Collection will ship your order in approximately 2-4 weeks to the shipping address on the order.
Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will offer you the right to return or exchange for credit towards the purchase of another item of the same or higher value – subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus any additional shipping costs. This applies only to stock (non customized) items. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of merchandise and for all shipping costs.
Any items which have been special ordered, custom ordered, custom refinished, customized or modified of any kind are not returnable, including plaques.
All custom/special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of ordering. The balance is due before the shipment leaves the Randolph Rose Collection. Upon failure to pay any monies due, purchaser will be responsible for all collection costs, including legal fees. Contact Randolph Rose Collection with any custom orders which are not available to purchase online at www.RandolphRose.com.
Shipping cost is not included in the price of any item. Shipping price will be calculated during the checkout process. Please contact Randolph Rose Collection for any special shipping requests, including international delivery.
Randolph Rose Collection will ensure that your order is in good condition before releasing to the shipping/transportation/delivery company. All items shipped are insured and it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item at time of delivery.
The customer must inspect the item for concealed damage. If an item is received damaged, please notify our Customer Service Team at 914-423-2047 within 24 hours so that a claim can be processed. Please keep all of the original packaging and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise no claim, replacement or refund can be honored. If any damage has occurred, an insurance claim must be made upon receipt by the customer to the freight company.
Failure to notify Randolph Rose Collection of any damage within 3 days is deemed to be a waiver of claim with respect to such defect.
